Hurt My Feelings Bumper Magnet

I've sent messages via email and Facebook, left multiple comments on Facebook, and left one other bad review and Tender Ghost has not responded to anything. I received my order absolutely shredded and destroyed. Due to inadequate packaging, I received unusable products and it appears this company has more interest in spending money on Facebook ads than on decent customer service. After some investigation it appears this is a recurring issue with them, if they even send your order, which it appears they are not in some cases. It's up to you if you want to gamble on whether you'll receive your order, or if it will arrive destroyed. This is not how to run a small business.

My bumper magnets were just stuffed in a plain manilla envelope and were absolutely shredded and destroyed in the mail. No response from Tender Ghost through their customer service email or Facebook. Extremely disappointed.

I made an order of over £100 worth of stickers and magnets only for them to arrive in the UK completely mangled in a plastic bag far too small for them and with no protection, a sheet of card would do! I also have been ignored for all my requests for a refund of the unusable goods and £19 postage charge. Will never be buying from this business again. I do not like writing this as I am all for small businesses but in order to improve this business needs serious work.

I love them! They are adorable and stick well (I got magnetic), but make sure you take them off before going through the car wash! I forgot about them and lost one, but luckily a worker found it. The other one somehow held on. Otherwise they hold very well. :)
